The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of "BeeWeb."
BeeWeb: The primary website designer/website owner and employees or affiliates. Our formal trading entity is BeeWeb Pty Ltd (ABN: 67 754 713 047).
BeeWeb will only perform work where an agreement has been provided through email, phone, or mail. We only work with clients who are 18 years of age or older. An 'order' is considered a written or verbal contract between BeeWeb and the client, including agreements made by phone or email.
Accounts
When you create an account with BeeWeb, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information at all times. If you fail to do so, it constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

BeeWeb expects client feedback on project milestones within a reasonable time. If no feedback is received from the client, it is assumed that the client is satisfied with the work delivered by BeeWeb and will be invoiced for the balance of the project. Any additional work will be negotiated on a time and material basis

BeeWeb cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. BeeWeb reserves the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is provided by the client of permission to use such material.
Any scripts, web applications, or software written by BeeWeb remain the copyright of BeeWeb and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of BeeWeb unless otherwise specified in the project quote.
Warranty
While every effort will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, BeeWeb cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction of the website or any part of the project. BeeWeb cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client.
While every care has been taken to ensure products are problem-free and accurate, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that all software is functioning correctly before use. The client is expected to thoroughly test any application or programming related to a site developed by BeeWeb before it is made generally available for use.
In the event that "bugs", errors, or other issues are found after the site goes live, BeeWeb will make every effort (but is not obligated) to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the quote.
Goodwill
Any client entering into a service with BeeWeb assumes goodwill from both sides. This includes what can reasonably be achieved in the designated time frame and a willingness to make the best use of resources to achieve the most useful outcomes.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms of service.
